Community Heart and Vascular has a part-time Ambulatory Triage LPN position available at the Cardiac Clinic. The Ambulatory Triage LPN is responsible for addressing patients condition/symptoms virtually giving appropriate clinical direction education and recommendation(s) for disposition.
Exceptional Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate of a recognized accredited school of practical nursing or Graduate from a non-accredited school of practical nursing with three years related professional nursing experience.
- Licensed as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA)
- One to two years of ambulatory and/or triage experience in a clinical setting (Preferred)
- Direct Cardiology experience (highly preferred)
- Possesses knowledge of necessary computer systems including Microsoft Office Outlook and network electronic medical records (EMR).
- Supports the mission vision and PRIIDE values of Community Health Network.
- Utilizes critical thinking skills education mentoring guidance and interventions to achieve goals of care virtually.
