Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition leader with 1520 years of expertise in building and scaling recruitment functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leveraging market intelligence employer branding and advanced recruitment technologies such as Greenhouse ATS. This role is critical in shaping the companys talent strategy driving innovation in hiring practices and ensuring a robust pipeline of top-tier talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement long-term talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and workforce planning.
  • Lead coach and develop a high-performing recruitment team across regions and functions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand talent needs and deliver customized hiring solutions.
  • Utilize labor market data talent mapping and competitive intelligence to inform sourcing strategies and workforce planning.
  • Optimize recruitment processes using Greenhouse ATS and other HR tech platforms; drive automation and efficiency.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance the companys employer brand through digital campaigns events and partnerships.
  • Champion inclusive hiring practices and ensure diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Establish and track KPIs such as time-to-fill quality of hire and source effectiveness; present insights to leadership.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment partners RPOs and job platforms.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Business or related field.
  • 1520 years of experience in talent acquisition with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven experience usingGreenhouse ATSor similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience inmarket intelligence talent mapping and workforce analytics.
  • Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Global or multi-regional hiring experience is highly desirable.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Certification in Talent Acquisition or Strategic HR (e.g. SHRM-SCP SPHR).
  • Experience in high-growth or transformation environments.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws compliance and global hiring practices.
