La responsabilit principale du Coordonnateur(trice) de proprit consistera assister le gestionnaire de proprit dans la supervision des activits quotidiennes des centres commerciaux ainsi que des tches administratives affrentes. Le titulaire du poste devra galement effectuer les tches suivantes:

CE QUE VOUS FEREZ

  • Sassurer que des relations daffaires de haute qualit soient entretenues avec les diffrents reprsentants administratifs des locataires bureaux les dtaillant ainsi que les diffrents services linterne;

  • Effectuer rgulirement des tournes des proprits afin de sassurer que tout est en ordre et faire le lien entre les diffrents membres de lquipe lors de situations particulires;

  • Maintenir jour les rglements dusage des aires communes et en assurer le respect par les locataires;

  • Procder la vrification au respect et au suivi des obligations contractuelles des diffrentes clauses des baux des rgles et des procdures de limmeuble;

  • Superviser et coordonner les activits de dpart et darrive des locataires : utilisation des ascenseurs carte daccs cls stationnement sassurer que les locaux sont librs selon les conditions prvues au bail. Informer tous les intervenants concerns;

  • Voir la supervision au dveloppement et la formation du personnel sous sa responsabilit. Effectuer les valuations de performance annuelles et assurer le suivi des objectifs fixs des plans de dveloppement de carrire;

  • Collaborer avec lquipe de location temporaire (arrives/dparts respect de lentente contractuelle etc.) afin dassurer le respect de la vision et limage de marque de la proprit;

  • Assurer le supervision de lquipe du Service la clientle de la mise en place et le respect des standards de lentreprise au niveau de la prestation des services;

  • Coordonner la gestion des plaintes et rgler toutes situations problmatiques afin dassurer la satisfaction de la clientle;

  • Participer aux mesures durgence de ldifice titre de membre de la brigade;

  • Ngocier et grer les demandes de location dentreposage des locataires;

  • Ngocier et grer les demandes de location des OSBL;

  • Assurer les liaisons avec les locataires et les entrepreneurs en ce qui concerne laccs la proprit en dehors des heures douverture;

  • Administrer les drogations aux rgles et les demandes dinformation des locataires;

  • Effectuer le rapport mensuel doccupation des proprits;

  • Collecter et saisir les informations ncessaires llaboration des rapports trimestriels des diffrentes proprits.

CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS

  • Diplme universitaire de prfrence en administration;

  • Un minimum de 2 3 ans dexprience dans un poste pertinent;

  • Exprience dans le domaine de limmobilier commercial un atout;

  • Solides connaissances en informatique (Word et Excel);

  • Gestion efficace des priorits multiples;

The primary responsibility of the Property Coordinator will be to assist the Property Manager in supervising the day-to-day operations of the shopping centres as well as the related administrative tasks. The incumbent will also be responsible for the duties listed below:

WHAT YOULL BE DOING

  • Ensure that high-quality business relationships are maintained with the various administrative representatives of the tenant offices retailers and various internal services;

  • Regularly tour the properties to ensure that everything is in order and to make the link between the different members of the team during particular situations;

  • Maintain up-to-date common area use regulations and ensure compliance by tenants;

  • Verify comply with and monitor contractual obligations various clauses of leases rules and procedures of the building;

  • Supervise and coordinate the departure and arrival activities of the tenants: use of elevators access card keys parking ensure that the premises are vacated according to the conditions provided for in the lease and coordinate with marketing the installation of palisades. Inform all relevant stakeholders;

  • Oversee the supervision development and training of the staff under his/her responsibility. Carry out annual performance evaluations and monitor objectives set career development plans;

  • Collaborate with the specialty leasing team (arrivals/departures compliance with the contractual agreement etc.) to ensure the vision and brand image of the property is respected;

  • Oversee the Customer Service team the implementation and compliance with the companys standards in terms of service delivery;

  • Coordinate the management of complaints and resolve any problematic situations to ensure customer satisfaction;

  • Participate in the emergency measures of the building as a member of the brigade;

  • Negotiate and manage tenants storage rental requests;

  • Liaise with tenants and contractors regarding access to property outside of business hours;

  • Administer rule breaks and tenants requests for information;

  • Perform the monthly property occupancy report;

  • Collect and input necessary information for the preparation of quarterly property reports.

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

  • University degree preferably in administration;

  • A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in a relevant position;

  • Experience in the field of commercial real estate an asset;

  • Exceptional management leadership communications and customer service skills;

  • Strong computer skills (Word and Excel);

  • Effective management of multiple priorities;

  • Team spirit and a strong desire for continuous quality improvement;

  • Interpersonal skills dynamism organization autonomy;

  • Fluency in French and English (both oral and written).
