They have recently gained development approval for two impressive sites in central Brisbane in what is an exciting time for the business.

The Role
Contracts Administrator required to start at the end of 2025 for a project starting in the new year. Our client is happy to commit to the right person now and has the enviable benefit of time on their side to ensure the right fit for all.
The role will form a key part of the delivery team for a $200m residential project on the river in central Brisbane.
The procurement of the major trades will have been done this role will be responsible for weekly and monthly commercial management downstream and upstream.
You will be managing variations progress claims and monthly cost reports as well as design management support.
The developer builder model will provide much more collaborative and transparent approach.
About You
You will have a Bachelor of Construction Management and at least 5 years post grad experience in a tier 1 or tier 2 principal building contractor or developer builder.
You will have extensive experience working on medium to high rise luxury apartments and know the local sub-contractor and consultants well.
You will be used to working with MSP JobPac and Procore (or similar).
You will be a motivated team player that can demonstrate strong tenure in the relevant market and be supported by relevant and recent references.
