At our Customer Care Centre were looking for a Customer Care Specialist who brings a customer-first mindset to every interaction.

As the go-to support in our Customer Care Centre youll play a vital role in resolving enquiries with professionalism and care helping our operations run smoothly while ensuring every customer feels heard supported and valued.

With over 5.4 million customer interactions handled last year across Parking Gift Cards & Customer Support this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a large scale in a fast-paced call centre environment. Youll gain exposure to a wide range of customer queries and business functions opening strong pathways for development and career growth.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting customers with their enquiries across multiple touchpoints including parking intercom calls and gift card enquiries.
  • Staying calm patient and empathetic while managing high volumes of calls in a fast-paced setting.
  • Completing behind-the-scenes administrative tasks to help deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Partnering with other teams to find the right solutions and ensure customers feel heard and valued.
  • Managing day-to-day call centre operations while maintaining and achieving agreed business deliverables.

This role is a casual position working across a dynamic 7-day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.

  • Experience in customer service roles and confidence working in a fast paced call centre environment
