Job Description

A provider of business technology solutions is seeking a self-motivated Sales Representative to drive B2B growth by prospecting and closing new accounts. This is a field-based quota-carrying role ideal for professionals with a hunter mentality who enjoy building relationships and generating their own leads in a highly consultative sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and target prospective B2B clients through self-generated outreach including cold calling door-to-door visits email and networking.

- Conduct client meetings and presentations to assess business needs and recommend solutions.

- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline focused on net-new business acquisition.

- Maintain accurate records of activity opportunities and customer information within CRM.

- Develop tailored proposals and negotiate terms to close deals that meet client and company goals.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.

- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets in a competitive territory.


Sales Representative Job Requirements:

- 2 years of sales experience outside sales preferred

-Associate or bachelors degree is a plus but not required

- High motivation to prospect and seek new business

- Ideal traits include strong professionalism polished disciplined go-getter
