Job Description
Position: Automation Technician
Location: Claremont NC
Company: Manufacturing Company
Description: This is an exciting opportunity with a rapidly expanding company in the area. This person will be responsible for assessing troubleshooting and programming automation systems in a manufacturing facility. This person will be very hands on with robots and should be well versed in integration and preventative maintenance and must be very electrically inclined. This person will also help ensure company safety regulations are met and focused on continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- 3 years of demonstrated hands on automated experience
- GED or equivalent
- Siemens or other PLC software knowledge
- Ability to read ladder logic and adjust rungs read blueprints and schematics
- Familiarity with Dematic
