Job Title: HR Onboarding Specialist
Location: Irving TX (Las Colinas)
Job Type: Full-Time Temporary

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team in Las Colinas. In this temporary role you will support the HR onboarding process with a primary focus on I-9 verification and compliance. This position is high-volume and plays a key role in ensuring that all new hire documentation is accurate complete and in compliance with federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review all I-9 submissions to ensure employee information is accurate and complete.
  • Verify that all required I-9 documents are received; follow up with employees for missing or incomplete information.
  • Perform E-Verify checks for each new hire.
  • Maintain and organize new hire documentation for review and access by Recruiting Account Management and HR/Onboarding leadership.
  • Assist with drug screen registration processes.
  • Communicate directly with recruiters account managers and employees to resolve onboarding issues.
  • Send and track Pre-Adverse and Adverse Action notifications.
  • Support onboarding leadership with reporting and status updates as needed.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years of HR administrative or coordination experience preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced high-volume environment.
  • Strong judgment discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  • Proven ability to multitask and manage priorities independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative customer service-focused mindset.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Excel and Word.
