Job Description

  • Casual Customer Advisor role based in our Seymour Branch supportingNagambie and Wallan when required
  • Casual Position -It is essential that you can travel between locations to support our branches and customers covering unplanned and planned leave *mileage paid
  • Availability required: Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm

The Hours

Join our team in a casual setting with the following hours on offer. Candidates must be available to work 1-5 days per week between the hours of 9:00am 5:30pm Monday to Friday.

The first 6 weeks of the role will require full time availability from 9am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday for training and onboarding

In this role you will

  • Support our SeymourNagambie and Wallanbranches by being the first point of contact for our customers and put them at the centre of everything you do
  • Assist our customers to identify the most suitable products and services including account opening unsecured lending and baking transactions
  • Ensure our customers receive a seamless consistent and tailored experience every step of the way and ensure all details are accurate and up to date
  • Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) to customers to help make their banking simple easy and secure
  • Undertake ongoing training and development to enhance your career development
