Vintage Ferrari Apprentice Tech

This exciting apprentice tech opportunity offers a path to become one of our vintage Ferrari experts in the years to come! You will work next to our Master Certified Vintage Ferrari with over 35 years of experience assisting and learning along the way.
Please note! This apprentice opportunity is not for beginner techs! Please do not apply unless you have met the stated minimum job requirements.

Job Description:
- Apprentice to our Master Certified Vintage Technician (pre-1995 pre- OBD2) with emphasis on carburated cars.
- Perform non-laptop diagnosis repairs and maintenance on vehicle systems including mechanical electrical heating/air hydraulic and more under the guidance of our master vintage technician.
Job Responsibilities:
- Establish a learning path to becoming a master certified vintage Ferrari technician.
- Perform diagnostic services and troubleshooting to determine repair needs.
- Provide high quality and efficient repair services on all vehicle systems.
- Perform quality control checks for repaired vehicles to ensure repairs are complete.
- Complete all required paperwork and repair order documentation in accordance with manufacturer and dealer requirements and standards.
- Help prepare customer Ferrari vehicles for track and concours show events.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Maintain an inventory of normal technician tools in accordance with current repair procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience as an automotive technician with experience and desire to work on European pre-1995 era vehicles with carburation.
- Ideal candidate also has experience with Bosch CIS injection systems.
- Willingness to attend select events which may be offsite or beyond normal working hours (i.e. track events and concours).
- Detail-oriented individual with good communication and time management skills.
- Commitment to Fixing it right the first time and a genuine personal interest customer satisfaction.
- Taking proper steps to ensure vehicles are not damaged while under our care.
- Ability and desire to be a team player and display a positive work attitude.
- Possess valid drivers license and maintain a clean driving record during employment.
