Join this expanding Omaha business on the cusp of breaking the $200m mark as they transform from a scrappy entreprenurial growth company and build a more mature infrastructure that will allow the business to continue to grow for many years into the will be a challenging role this company needs to transform their business to build a foundation for who they would like to be 10 years from are searching for a tech-savvy financial leader with a strong backbone who is prepared to take full ownership of the accounting and finance client is searching for a been there / done that CFO who brings wisdom and experience to the table.
- Evaluate all accounting & financial systems to determine if the company has the proper tools that will allow it to scale and grow in the future (ERP Data Warehouse etc)
- Mentor and inspire an accounting team that is excited to welcome an excellent leader to the team who can coach / develop and provide direction as the company expands
- Lead alongside the CEO COO and CTO this is the companys first unified executive teamthe team that will shape the future of the business
- Be an excellent steward of the company help the ownership team decide when to invest in the business and when it is appropriate to take distributions as the business continues to grow
- Provide strategic insightsthe company has never had an FP&A department so you will personally handle the forecasting budgeting margin and market analysis until you believe the time is right to create a finance function
