The Role:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the wider office team
Manage incoming calls and correspondence acting as a first point of contact
Organise and maintain accurate records files and documentation
Support in scheduling meetings preparing agendas and taking minutes
Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement where needed
Assist in the coordination of internal communications and reporting tasks
The Person:
Previous experience in an office administration role is essential
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and time management capabilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook)
Professional reliable and able to work independently with initiative
The Reward:
26000 - 28000 per annum
12-month fixed-term contract
Monday to Friday office hours
