Job Description
The Assistant DeliveryManager assists the Delivery Manager in overseeing all of Grand Central Bakery wholesale and inter-company delivery operations in support of Grand Central Bakerys mission to serve our customers delicious authentic food made from high quality local and sustainable ingredients. They are directly responsible for all delivery operations during their shift including staffing training quality control communication inventory management facilities and maintaining employee morale within the parameters of Grand Central Bakerys mission and financial goals.
In the absence of the Delivery Manager the Assistant Delivery Manager is expected to cover their supervisors responsibilities to the best of their ability. Integral to their team the Assistant Delivery Manager balances administrative duties with time scheduled on the floor as a high functioning crew member providing additional coverage as necessary during employee illness or vacation.

Rate of Pay: $66547annual salary
Schedule: Full-time shifts frequently start as early as 2:30AM. Schedule flexibility and the ability to work weekends and holidays is required.
