Job Description

What are we looking for

At SentinelOne Talent Acquisition Operations is critical to the growth and scalability of our global recruiting organization. Were seeking a TA Ops Leader to scale the team in the EMEA and APJ regions.

In this role you will report to our Global Manager TA Operations and youll play an essential part in the growth and success of our EMEA / APJ teams. Youll partner and develop relationships with business leaders and key stakeholders across our People Finance Legal IT and procurement teams.

What will you do

  • Leadership: manage a team of recruiting coordinators in various regions and influence and implement TA processes and improvements
  • Candidate experience: ensure were providing the best experience for all candidates from initial outreach to offer acceptance
  • Operations: partner with cross-functional teams and Talent Operations team in North America to help streamline recruitment processes to align globally
  • Enablement: in partnership with our TA Programs and leadership teams develop and scale onboarding and training programs for the talent acquisition team hiring managers and interviewers
  • Reporting: partner with TA Systems and Data Analyst to support regional reporting requests
  • Process: ensure a consistent hiring process globally and own aspects of GDPR compliance audits and contract generation process

What skills and experience should you bring

  • You have 5 years of experience scoping leading and delivering complex programs and projects with experience in a Recruiting Recruiting Operations Recruiting Analyst or Program Manager role
  • Youre an ATS (Greenhouse) superuser: optimizing and customizing functionalities to facilitate efficient recruiting processes.
  • Youre able to define and execute a holistic recruiting operations strategy You have a strong understanding of the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle and hiring processes and how to best optimize for efficiency and quality
  • You have strong project and program management skills and experience Youre analytical and have strong problem-solving skills with confidence working with data
  • Youre a capable and confident communicator with the ability to partner and influence across all levels of an organization
  • Youre no stranger to a fast-changing environment with a do what it takes mentality You have experience leading cross-functional groups as well as external vendors
