Deine Aufgaben bei uns
Du bist verantwortlich fr:
- Entwicklung Umsetzung und berwachung digitaler Marketingstrategien fr alle Geschftsbereiche
- Steuerung und Optimierung verschiedener digitaler Kanle wie Social Media E-Mail-Marketing Website und SEO/SEA
- Planung Umsetzung und Auswertung von digitalen Marketingkampagnen
- Entwicklung und Verffentlichung von Content fr verschiedene Zielgruppen
- Kontinuierliche berwachung und Analyse anhand von KPIs
- Implementierung von (neuen) digitalen Tools und Technologien sowie KI-basierten Marketing-Lsungen
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Marketing-Automatisierungsprozessen
Das bringst du mit
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing Kommunikation Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Digital Marketing vorzugsweise im B2B-Umfeld
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in Digital Marketing SEO/SEA Social Media Marketing und Content-Strategien
- Sichere Anwendung von Content-Management-Systemen (CMS) und Website-Administration
- Erfahrung mit Marketing-Automation-Tools und Analytics-Plattformen
- Interesse an KI-Tools im Marketing und automatisierten Marketing-Workflows
- Analytisches Denkvermgen Kreativitt und Projektmanagement-Fhigkeiten
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Von Vorteil:Erfahrung mit CRM-Lsungen

Your area of responsibility with us:
You will be responsible for:
- Development implementation and monitoring of digital marketing strategies for all business areas
- Management and optimization of various digital channels such as social media email marketing website and SEO/SEA
- Planning implementation and evaluation of digital marketing campaigns
- Development and publication of content for various target groups
- Continuous monitoring and analysis based on KPIs
- Implementation of (new) digital tools and technologies as well as AI-based marketing solutions
- Development and implementation of marketing automation processes
What you will bring:
- Degree in marketing communications business administration or comparable qualification
- At least 3-5 years of professional experience in digital marketing preferably in a B2B environment
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing SEO/SEA social media marketing and content strategies
- Confident use of content management systems (CMS) and website administration
- Experience with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms
- Interest in AI tools in marketing and automated marketing workflows
- Analytical thinking creativity and project management skills
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Advantageous: Experience with CRM solutions
