Position: Class 1 Delivery Driver
Schedule: 4 X 10 Mon Tues Thurs Fri I Day Shift
Position Overview
The Delivery Service Rep. will be responsible for covering delivery shifts out of Prince George to Smithers. The Delivery Service Rep. will be making deliveries to Smithers and will be staying overnight on Mondays and Thursdays and coming back on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Starting rate of $34.89 with potential to go to a top rate of $40.75 per hour after completing 12 months

Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities include correctly offloading product recording of delivery information accepting payment for goods when required and ensuring operational vehicle safety in all aspects. The Delivery Service Representative is expected to operate the vehicle in a safe manner at all times obeying all rules and regulations of the road and following all appropriate company policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Valid Class 1 drivers license and a clean drivers abstract.
Proven ability of lifting pushing and pulling up to 80 lbs.
Eligibility for bonding and transportation of dangerous goods (TDG) certification.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong mechanical aptitude
A high-level of integrity and a strong work ethic able to work with little supervision and be self directed.
Professional demeanor under stressful situations.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Availability for nights and weekends.
