Are you passionate about empowering leaders and driving meaningful change across the employee experience This exciting role sits at the heart of our People Advisory team where youll provide trusted expert guidance to People Leaders on all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Youll play a key role in shaping and delivering high-impact initiatives and projects across Dexus working closely with our Centres of Excellence and broader People & Culture teams to ensure consistent efficient and high-quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advising on performance conduct and policy matters
• Managing casework and supporting resolution of workplace issues
• Supporting engagement talent and remuneration initiatives
• Interpreting people data to inform decisions
• Enhancing P&C processes and ensuring compliance
• Collaborating across teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  

About You

Youre an experienced HR professional with 35 years in advisory shared services or business partnering roles. You bring strong knowledge of HR practices employment law and the full employee lifecycle including recruitment talent and remuneration.

Youre confident managing complex workloads and competing priorities and youre comfortable navigating HRIS platforms like Workday. Experience with tools such as SharePoint Microsoft Office Suite CultureAmp Power BI or AI platforms like Co-Pilot is a plus.

You have a keen eye for data with the ability to analyse people metrics and translate insights into action.
