Job Description
The Department of Human Enterprise and Innovation in the School of Business and Economics Thompson Rivers University invites applications for several courses in our Human Resource Management program. We are looking for individuals to teach one or more sections this upcoming Fall 2025 term in the following courses:

All instruction will be held face-to-face in the classroom on our Kamloops campus.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have:
- An MBA degree or a relevant Masters degree (PhD preferred).
- Significant capability in the area of Human Resource Management as evidenced by directly related work experience.
- Evidence of teaching potential.
Candidates with one or more of the following will have an added advantage:
- Chartered Professionals in Human Resources designation
- Evidence of strong teaching experience as reflected by student evaluations.
- Familiarity with the Moodle Learning Management System

If you are selected for an interview External Candidates will be required to bring a copy of their transcripts to the interview. The selected candidate will follow a standard course outline and assessment scheme.
