About the role:
Endeavour Foundations Work portfolio provides people with disability who choose employment with opportunities to support the achievement of personal employment outcomes through our Endeavour Foundation work sites across Qld and NSW.
TheCommercial Planning Specialist reports to the Commercial Sustainability Manager and plays a key role in supporting the design and implementation of the business planning function. The role delivers high quality planning and forecasting data and trends to drive labour decision-making in the business. With a focus on mid-to-long planning horizons efficiency resource optimisation and continuous improvement the role will provide expert services to Site and Operations Management to better understand and plan their business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Establish strong professional relationships across the business and Service Delivery to build productive collaborative partnerships.
- Ensure internal and external reporting requirements are met
- Encourage innovative and integrated approaches to improving the quality of service and streamlining work processes
- Lead transition management ensuring that business as usual is maintained and changes are effectively integrated
- Provide support into the development of commercial management standards
- Develop central suite of business cases pricing models and tenders
- Develop commercial performance targets and operating models
- Gather requirements for leaders on commercial opportunities
- Develop pricing models for core and ad hoc products
- Lead Salesforce development and improvements for the Work division
About you:
- Tertiary qualification in relevant discipline in areas such as Business Finance Sales or Legal
- Proven operational performance management skills in alignment with divisional performance targets and KPIs.
- Experience within commercial operations predominantly in at least one of Packaging (Food Pharmaceutical and General) Document Destruction/e-waste Recycling and Manufacturing for commercial customers is desirable.
- Financial management skills including general finance and budgeting profit and loss balance sheet and cash-flow management.
- Experience in a generalist business planning role with a focus on sales program management workforce planning business management data and analytics B2B and contract performance setting.
- Possession of a current drivers licence (travel to EFI work sites).
- Proficiency in using current MS Office Suite (i.e. Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and reporting i.e. Power Bi
- Proficiency in sales & communications systems e.g. Salesforce
