Job Description
Remote: Monday- Friday; 9-6
Government client experience required
3 professional references.
Normal business hours Monday-Friday 40 hours/week (not including mandatory unpaid meal break after 6 hours of work).
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to oversee and manage our technical projects and programs under the umbrella of services. As a Senior Technical Program Manager you will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex technical initiatives coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of delivering large-scale technical projects.
- Lead the planning execution and delivery of complex technical programs ensuring adherence to project timelines budgets and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering product management and other stakeholders to define project scope requirements and deliverables.
- Identify and manage risks dependencies and blockers that may impact project success and proactively develop mitigation strategies.
- Drive effective communication and collaboration among team members stakeholders and senior leadership providing regular project updates and status reports.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement implementing best practices processes and tools to optimize program management and project delivery.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards regulations and security requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Note: Candidates who do not have the mandatory skills will not be considered.
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science engineering or a related technical field.
- 12 years of proven experience as a Technical Program Manager or similar role managing and delivering complex technical projects.
- Strong technical background and understanding of software development methodologies and practices.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to navigate through technical challenges and find effective solutions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.
- Experience with program management tools and software and proficiency in project management techniques and tools (e.g. Azure DevOps).
- Proactive and results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving projects to successful
- completion.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Experience working in large and complex ecosystem
- Knowledge of Salesforce Azure Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services
