Job Description
We are hiring a Tech Lead ( and API) for one of our clients in Irving TX.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech lead with expertise in API to join our agile development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable web applications RESTful APIs and contributing to cloud-native architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services using (Express/NestJS).
- Build responsive high-performance frontends with Redux and modern JavaScript (ES6).
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services.
- Work with cloud platforms (AWS GCP or Azure) to deploy monitor and manage applications.
- Collaborate with DevOps to enable CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
- Participate in system architecture discussions and design reviews.
- Lead code reviews and mentor junior developers.
- Ensure code quality through unit testing integration testing and best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in Express/NestJS and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Deep experience in Redux Hooks and SPA architecture.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud provider (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Solid understanding of REST APIs WebSockets and microservices architecture.
- Experience with MongoDB PostgreSQL or other NoSQL/SQL databases.
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Familiarity with modern DevOps tools (Git Jenkins Terraform etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving communication and collaboration skills.
