- Lead cross-functional teams to strategize plan and execute programs services and initiatives.
- Drive accountability manage risk and create operational efficiencies for assigned initiatives.
- Evaluate strategic approaches and assess business performance and support functions.
- Conduct assessments using data analysis and creative problem-solving to address complex issues and provide recommendations.

- Collaborate with Business Execution team members and leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
- Mentor and guide less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group.
- Manage Operational Excellence programs focused on areas such as efficiency and control automation.
- Prepare and deliver monthly quarterly and ad hoc program and business-level reports.
- Communicate effectively through presentations and clear reporting.
- Utilize hands-on experience with reporting tools for program and business analysis.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Execution Implementation or Strategic Planning (or equivalent through work training or education).
