Job Description

Are you a Physician and looking for a position offering career growth opportunities along with a combination of in-person and telehealth visits

Overview:

A well-established telehealth company is looking for an MD who is licensed in Pennsylvania and willing to become licensed in Connecticut to do a combination of telehealth and home-care visits. The individual should reside in the Philadelphia area preferably.

Requirements:

Active MD license in the states of PA and CT- Preferred ok to become licensed once hired.
Active DEA in the states of PA
Enrolled with Medicaid and Medicare
Open to home-care settings
Open to traveling within the area of Philadelphia PA for home-care visits. (Traveling will be limited)

Benefits:

Salary ranging between $275000-$300000 annually
