Position Summary
The General Manager (GM) is the backbone of the restaurant s daily operations. They lead the team ensure outstanding guest experiences uphold brand standards and drive business results. The GM is accountable for hiring training financial performance team culture and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily operations to ensure top-tier food quality service cleanliness and speed
Train and coach team members to meet performance and service standards
Manage labor food costs and inventory to hit profitability targets
Oversee scheduling shift planning and performance evaluations
Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness in compliance with health codes
Deliver exceptional guest experiences and resolve issues with professionalism
Cultivate a team culture based on respect growth and accountability
Execute marketing and upselling initiatives (e.g. loyalty signups add-ons like drinks/cookies)
Build community relationships and support local marketing/catering efforts
Qualifications
1 years of restaurant management experience
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Proven track record in managing labor food cost and P&L
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
ServSafe Certification (or willing to obtain we will pay for your first attempt if you do not have this already)
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Tech-savvy with experience using POS systems scheduling tools and basic spreadsheets
