About the Role
Were looking for a dynamic and people-centric General Manager to lead our ANZ business and drive the success of our print MIS software solution across Australia and New Zealand. Youll oversee sales project delivery and customer support functions ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) while delivering exceptional value to our clients.

This senior leadership role reports directly to the global executive team and plays a critical part in our regional and global growth. The ideal candidate brings not just commercial acumen but a genuine passion for people leadership operational excellence and customer experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational leadership across Sales Project Implementation and Customer Support teams
  • Lead inspire and coach a team of passionate professionals in a remote-first environment
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed ANZ revenue targets
  • Oversee successful project delivery from pre-sales to customer go-live ensuring on-time on-budget outcomes
  • Navigate stakeholder relationships across all levelsfrom front-line users to C-suite executivesand tailor your communication style to the audience
  • Act as the voice of the region collaborating with the global leadership team to influence product roadmap and customer strategy
  • Manage complex negotiations and conflict resolution with a calm people-first approach
  • Champion a culture of collaboration accountability and innovation across the business
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and present insights to the global executive team
  • Foster strong lasting relationships with customers integration partners and internal teams

What Were Looking For

  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role preferably within SaaS ERP or software implementation industries
  • Strong track record leading remote and cross-functional teams
  • Deep experience in stakeholder engagementcomfortable operating across both high-level executives and hands-on operational roles
  • Skilled communicator who can adapt messaging to suit technical operational or commercial audiences
  • High emotional intelligence with proven negotiation and conflict management abilities
  • Commercial and strategic acumen with the ability to drive revenue efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Experience with B2B sales implementation and customer lifecycle management
  • Familiarity with the print industry or manufacturing (bonus but not essential)
  • Willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand as required
