Install commission and test new equipment at customer locations.
Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and calibration of machinery.
Diagnose and repair mechanical electrical or software-related faults.
Provide remote and on-site technical support and troubleshooting.
Maintain detailed service reports and documentation for all visits.
Train end-users and client maintenance personnel on proper equipment use.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
Collaborate with engineering and support teams to resolve recurring issues.
Escalate unresolved problems to senior technical teams or OEM support.
Manage spare parts inventory and maintain service tools/equipment.
Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in equipment installation maintenance and troubleshooting.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively to client locations.
Strong technical and analytical problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with tools meters and diagnostic equipment.
Basic knowledge of PLCs automation systems or embedded controllers (preferred).
Proficiency in reading technical drawings and manuals.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
Customer service orientation with a proactive attitude.
