With over 100 employees and operational branches in Lagos Port Harcourt and Benin the company is known for its professionalism technical depth and quality delivery in the upstream oil and gas sector.
About the Role
The Company is seeking a result-driven Business Development Manager with a strong network and proven track record in the oil and gas servicing industry in Nigeria. The successful candidate will lead business development strategies identify and pursue new opportunities and drive revenue growth in alignment with the company s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth by marketing company services and securing new contracts.
Conduct regular client visits and build long-term relationships.
Identify and pursue business opportunities within the sector.
Lead and participate in tendering and bidding processes.
Provide strategic input on contracts and assist with contract drafting.
Monitor industry trends and advise management on business opportunities.
Deliver presentations and proposals that effectively communicate value propositions.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Bachelor s degree in Engineering Physical Sciences or related field.
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in business development within the oil & gas servicing industry.
Strong knowledge of the Nigerian oil and gas market and its key players.
Demonstrated success in client acquisition and revenue generation.
Willingness to travel to Port Harcourt and other client locations as needed.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Strategic thinking and the ability to work independently.
