BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a Senior Manager/ Associate Director to take the reins of our Fairfax VA Assistive Care Officea growth-ready location with huge upside potential. You will:
- Drive revenue growth through strategic sales referral partnerships and market development
- Lead and inspire a local care team committed to delivering exceptional home care
- Recruit retain and develop high-performing staff
- Build strong referral relationships in the Fairfax VA market and beyond
- Deliver resultsboth operationally and financiallythat reflect your leadership
What Were Looking For:
- Track record of driving growth in a competitive relationship-driven environment
- Minimum 2 years in a healthcare leadership role (home care/home health a plus)
- Deep understanding of the Fairfax VA market or ability to ramp up fast
- Proven ability to build and manage a team hit goals and own results
- Sales-minded client-focused and always thinking one step ahead
