SUMMARY: The Financial Analyst FP&A will play a key role in supporting the companys financial planning budgeting and forecasting processes. This position will work closely with the Director of FP&A and other cross-functional teams to provide data-driven insights and financial analysis that drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in both accounting and finance preferably in a manufacturing environment.
This position will primarily work in an office setting but will also require time on the manufacturing floor to support financial analysis related to production costing and operational efficiency. This role requires working in a dynamic environment with a mix of strategic analytical and hands-on work.

EDUCATION WORK EXPERIENCE AND PROFICIENCIES:
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field.
35 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting; manufacturing experience preferred.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with ERP systems; Power BI UKG or similar reporting tools is a plus.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to be hands-on and spend time in operational environments.
