IBRANCE is one of the flagship brands in the Oncology Business Unit and changed the treatment paradigm for metastatic breast cancer when it launched in 2015. Despite data challenges the IBRANCE team has effectively navigated competitive threats with strategic thinking and strong cross-functional collaboration which has allowed us to maintain market leadership in TRx and about 30% of New Patient Starts.
This HCP Senior Manager position is a key opportunity for a talented marketing colleague who likes to solve complex business challenges in a competitive marketplace. This colleague will play an integral part of the team by leading and supporting a number of important & critical commercial initiatives. This individual must be able to excel in an incredibly fast-paced environment work closely with multiple cross-functional partners think outside the box and actively contribute to the positive team culture.
The focus of this role is to lead LOE planning with a strong emphasis in the Payer Contracting and Organized Customer space due to the complexity of MFP going into effect January 2027 and a staggered generic entrance between tablets and capsules. In addition this role will include congress strategy and execution to maximize opportunities with our indication expansion and eventually Pan-Indication approach.
This role requires someone with a unique background and strong understanding of the Payer Provider GPO and HCP landscape. Therefore candidates with USMA and HCP marketing experience is required.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
IRA:
Support ongoing IBRANCE IRA negotiation strategy execution preparation and communication activities associated with IPAY2027 round of negotiations working closely with the US BC Franchise Lead Negotiation Team and outside consultants
Liaise with Pfizers XTANDI IRA Preparation Team in preparation of leadership updates as needed both on the price negotiation implications as well as broader IRA impact.
LOE:
Lead the IBRANCE LOE strategy and execution pull-through in partnership with the IBRANCE team and Oncology leadership aided by external partners as needed
Develop financial model allowing estimation of New Revs/GTN impact of select access catalysts and strategies (LPA vs. contracting across Specialty Pharmacy GPO Provider with/without OID 340B Medicare Part D Contracting Commercial Contracting) prioritized scenarios considering impacts to Payers/PBMs Government GPOs SPPs etc.
Lead relationship with authorized generic provider and help drive strategic decisions as to timing price etc.
Lead LOE planning and preparations across customer sets including but not limited to
CONGRESS:
Lead the Congress & P2P Strategy working closely with Thought Leader Engagement Leads
Lead the development of print digital and media assets for congresses and conventions to reflect our Pan Indication Strategy
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers oversee and guide the work of agency partners and internal stakeholders to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
Minimum of 6 years of pharmaceutical industry experience with BA/BS or 5 years with MBA/MS.
BA/BS - degree required; MBA preferred.
Ability to quickly identify insights and develop impactful strategies & tactics.
Strong project management skills including ability to work independently lead multiple projects simultaneously and manage against a work plan.
Has deep analytics fluency continuously monitors insights and has a test-and-learn iterative mindset.
Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate leadership among peers and internal stakeholders.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $120800.00 to $201400.00. In addition this position is eligible for participation in Pfizers Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 17.5% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
