Position Summary The Marketing Manager will support the day-to-day marketing efforts for the Residential and Commercial (ResCom) divisions of Townsend and Gunnison Companies. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented creative individual eager to grow their career in marketing. The Manager will help execute marketing campaigns develop content manage social media coordinate branding efforts and support both internal and external communications. This role also includes coordination support during residential storm response events working directly with insurance companies and customer service teams to ensure a professional brand-consistent experience. Key Responsibilities Content Development & Campaign Execution - Draft and publish content across social media platforms (Instagram Facebook LinkedIn)
- Coordinate blog and newsletter content tied to seasonal services industry tips and brand updates
- Support the design and distribution of marketing collateral including flyers brochures and signage
- Assist in executing email campaigns targeted to residential and commercial client segments
Digital Marketing & Analytics - Maintain marketing calendars and manage post scheduling through Loomly
- Track engagement metrics and campaign performance; assist in monthly reporting
- Support SEO and digital ad initiatives in partnership with external vendors
Brand & Market Support - Ensure brand consistency across all channels and marketing materials
- Coordinate local sponsorships community events and branded giveaways across ResCom markets
- Help plan and execute community outreach events that strengthen local brand awareness and relationships
- Manage and organize the internal photo and video library for marketing use
Residential Insurance Storm Response - Support marketing and coordination efforts during residential storm events requiring insurance involvement
- Serve as a liaison between internal teams and insurance contacts to align marketing and service communications
- Assist in managing customer-facing updates service area promotions and branded messaging throughout storm-related campaigns
- Help collect and organize storm-related photos and testimonials for marketing use post-event
Cross-Team Coordination - Partner with sales and customer service teams to align on campaign timing messaging and field support needs
- Assist in onboarding new acquisitions and developing branded marketing kits for tuck-in markets
Administrative Support - Manage internal timelines file organization and communication with external vendors
- Assist with meeting prep content creation and follow-up tasks for the marketing team
Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or a related field
- 02 years of relevant experience (internships coursework or freelance projects accepted)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with major social platforms basic email marketing tools and content scheduling platforms
- Strong written communication time management and organizational skills
Preferred: - Experience with tools such as Canva Loomly or Meta Business Suite
- Exposure to platforms like Salesforce or SingleOps
- Photography or basic video editing skills a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment especially during storm-response periods
