Job Description
THIS IS A POSTING FOR TWO VACANCIES . APPLICANTS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR BOTH POSITIONS . UNC Chapel Hill School of Nursing is seeking candidates for a Nurse Specialist position. This 12-month EHRA non- faculty position is focused on clinical supervision of students in the on- and off- campus clinical environment. This position requires the incorporation of evidence-based practice into clinical activities and maintaining a commitment to serving the school of nursing university profession and community.
Required Qualifications Competencies And Experience
* A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical care in a patient care or community setting * Manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment * Licensed or eligible for licensure as a registered nurse in North Carolina
Preferred Qualifications Competencies And Experience
Masters in nursing preferred. Microsoft Office Experience. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems ( LMS ) such as Canvas. Experience in educating students or nurses to include precepting experience. Experience in simulation.
