Minimum 3 years in student accounts or related experience
Problem solving experience
Ability to provide strong customer service with a positive attitude
Effective written and verbal and communication skills
Ability to effectively deal with sensitive financial issues maintain confidentiality and apply sound professional judgement
Commitment to customer service excellence/support to enhance an environment of equity diversity and inclusion
While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications the ideal candidate will bring many of the following:
Knowledge of Banner Accounts Receivable and Banner Finance or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to analyze data and prepare reports
TouchNet cashiering experience
Demonstrated knowledge of higher ed principles practices and procedures as they relate to student account operations
Knowledge of federal and state policies regarding financial aid
