What Youll Be Doing
As a Service Advisor youll serve as the vital link between our customers and service technicians. Reporting to the Service Manager your key responsibilities will include:
Scheduling service appointments and preparing repair orders estimates and invoices
Communicating clearly with customersface-to-face and over the phone
Identifying and recording vehicle issues and ensuring technician follow-through
Promoting additional vehicle services accessories and parts
Gaining customer approval for work before proceeding
Coordinating internally to meet timelines and service commitments
Maintaining consistent communication and delivering a smooth stress-free customer experience
