We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to join our team in Madison WI. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong client relationships managing accounts effectively and delivering outstanding service. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator organized and passionate about client success.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts
Maintain regular communication to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
Process client requests manage account documentation and provide timely updates
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues efficiently
Monitor account activity and identify opportunities for upselling or additional services
Prepare reports and updates for clients and management as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and client agreements
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or a related field
1 year of experience in account management customer service or client-facing roles
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple accounts simultaneously
