As a Leadership Development Associate you will rotate through core business functionssales operations project management and client successto gain a 360 view of our organization. Guided by senior mentors you will lead smallscale initiatives analyze performance data and present insights to executives positioning yourself for rapid advancement into a management role.
Responsibilities
Participate in a structured 12month leadership program covering strategy operations and people management
Lead crossfunctional projects that improve efficiency and client satisfaction
Collect analyze and present key performance metrics to senior leadership
Coach junior team members fostering a culture of feedback and continuous improvement
Collaborate with department heads to identify growth opportunities and implement best practices
Represent HypeTiers values and standards in client meetings and internal forums
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Management or a related field (MBA a plus)
13years of professional experience in consulting sales operations or project coordination
Demonstrated leadership ability through work academics or extracurricular activities
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MSOffice or Google Workspace (pivot tables presentations)
Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present to executive audiences
Adaptable selfmotivated and committed to continuous learning in a fastpaced environment
