Job Description
We are seeking a Communications Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and execution of internal and external communication strategies. You will assist in managing content creation media outreach and organizational messaging helping ensure Captura Halls voice remains consistent and impactful across all channels.
Responsibilities
Assist in developing and implementing communication strategies and campaigns
Draft edit and distribute internal and external communications including press releases newsletters and reports
Coordinate media outreach and maintain media contact databases
Monitor media coverage and prepare regular reports on communication effectiveness
Support event planning and coordination for press briefings conferences and stakeholder meetings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure message consistency
Maintain and update internal communication channels and platforms
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Journalism or a related field
1-3 years of experience in a communications or public relations role
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and project management abilities
Familiarity with media monitoring tools and email campaign platforms
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
