We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team. This individual will manage internal and external communications ensure message consistency and support the development of engaging content that enhances the companys brand and mission. Responsibilities
Develop edit and distribute internal communications newsletters and announcements
Support the creation of press releases company reports and client-facing documents
Coordinate with departments to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
Assist in planning and executing corporate events and campaigns
Track communication metrics and report on engagement and impact
Maintain a clear and consistent brand voice across written materials
Manage internal communications tools and platforms
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or a related field
Minimum 12 years of experience in a communications or coordination role
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic design or editing tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Suite)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively under tight deadlines
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
