You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are looking for a seasoned IT Project Manager to lead the automation of manufacturing and quality data delivery to customers. The project will replace manual processes with secure web-services-based integrations to expose LIMS MES QC and related data for customer product portfolios.
A key success factor for this role is understanding manufacturing environmentshow site-level operations work what assets are involved and how to navigate site stakeholders. While pharmaceutical experience is preferred strong experience in related manufacturing domains such as food or cosmetics is also highly valuable.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of automated data-sharing solutions for manufacturing and quality systems
Ensure integration of LIMS MES QC data into secure scalable customer-facing services
Collaborate with site-level stakeholders to align solutions with operational realities
Translate high-level business requirements into executable project plans
Drive project execution with a focus on quality cost timelines and risk
Communicate technical details clearly across cross-functional teams
Manage vendor engagement testing and rollout of data integrations
Qualifications :
Required Skills & Experience:
10 years of professional experience including 36 years as an IT PM
At least 5 data-centric projects managed in regulated or manufacturing domains
Deep understanding of manufacturing operations site-level workflows and stakeholder dynamics
Experience with data interfaces and system integrations (e.g. APIs web services)
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Pharma experience preferred but food cosmetics or similar industries are also highly relevant
Familiarity with manufacturing data systems such as LIMS MES QC systems
