Marketing Communications Professional - Flash Memory - 2209

KIOXIA America is seeking a Sr. Staff Marketing Communications Professional to support its Flash Memory business. This role requires strong messaging writing and project management skills. Youll work closely with the Flash Memory Marketing team to create manage and execute marketing campaigns and content for a range of audiences. The ideal candidate will have a mix of marketing expertise and technical aptitude with flash memory or SSD technologies knowledge (preferred) and thrives in a collaborative cross-functional environment to help create and manage marketing campaigns and projects.

In this role youll responsible for creating a wide range of marketing assets; including videos press releases blog posts social media content presentations demos and white papers while coordinating with product teams legal executive leadership and counterparts in Japan. This position reports to the Senior Director of Corporate Marketing and may also support the SSD and Corporate Marketing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Develop campaign messaging and storylines aligned to all stages of the sales cycle.
• Manage campaign strategy and deployment of internal and external marketing assets.
• Support branding initiatives and corporate communications.
• Oversee content across the various stages of the demand generation funnel to maximize engagement and conversions.
• Establish and track KPIs for campaigns and assets.
• Present campaign asset strategies and performance metrics to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications :

• 12 years of related experience with a Bachelors degree; or 8 years and a Masters degree; or a PhD with 5 years of experience; or equivalent experience.  Degree in marketing business journalism or related field (technical degree or technical work experience a plus) MBA preferred. 
• With minimum 5 years experience directly in marketing communications with proven success in campaign and content development management required.
• Experience in demand generation strategy and execution. Ability to strategically plan campaigns through phases of the sales cycle.
• Clear and concise writing abilities to effectively communicate and translate technical messaging to targeted diverse audiences.
• Excels at coordinating multiple projects with strong organizational skills and a track record of meeting tight timelines.
• Excellent presentation and public communications skills both in-person and virtually to interface and deliver presentations to management engineering counterparts from Japan customers trade press industry events and 3rd party research firms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint Word Excel (or similar tools) required familiarity with demand generation marketing automation platforms a plus.
• Experience working with international teams particularly Japan a plus.
• Understanding of SSD and flash memory markets and technologies and SSD Flash Memory customer experience preferred.

The expected salary for this position is $140090.00 - $230940.00.
