Design Coordinator (Aviation)

AECOM requires an experienced design coordinator with aviation project background to join our Lima based project team. The successful candidate will work with our design teams across LATAM reporting to project management in Per. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Coordination of design package deliverables
• Ensuring interdisciplinary coordination
• Communication of scope and management instructions
• Monitoring budget and schedule compliance (in coordination with project controls)
• Interaction with client and relevant third parties
• The coordinator will have responsibility for specific packages and will be a key part of the management team of relevant projects.
• Ability to interface with all levels.
• Ability to handle and resolve conflicts professionally and tactfully.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively work in a team environment and under supervision.

Qualifications :

Minimum Requirements

• Professional in Engineering or Architecture 6 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• 3 years of experience working on aviation projects.
• Minimum intermediate English.

Additional Information :

Preferred Requirements:

• Professional in Engineering or Architecture 7 YORE or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
• Experience in coordination with utility service providers
• Knowledge of document management systems such as Aconex and BIM 360
• Construction site background.
