RESPONSABILITIES
- Coordination of events & trade shows for both VOSKER & SPYPOINT.
- Acts as key liaison between the marketing brand team & customer advisory center.
- Manage sponsorships & collaboration requests received at
- Manage support requests from our worldwide influencer.
- Coordinate the creation of quarterly brand surveys.
- Adaptation of the North American social media strategy for Europe (IG & Facebook).
- Support our internal communications team for special corporate events.
- Leads monthly reporting & analysis for the brand team.
- Coordinate other special projects and administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications :
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a marketing position or marketing degree.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Experience coordinating special events such as trade shows.
- Experience working with Salesforce PowerPoint Canva & Excel.
- Experience working with TRELLO JIRA or any project management tool.
- Experience working with a creative team to brief project collateral.
- Experience with planning & scheduling content for social media channels.
- You are creative autonomous and enjoy working with a large team of designers copywriters and marketing executives.
- Able to multitask prioritize & coordinate a variety of projects.
- You are open to feedback adaptable & recognized for delivering high-quality projects on time.
