- Develop and implement strategic vision care models and best practices for Allied Health across all Spectrum Health Care programs and regions
- Lead interdisciplinary and integrated care programs ensuring Allied Health services are effectively embedded into client care plans
- Drive strategic planning for growth expansion and innovation in Allied Health services including workforce needs and virtual care solutions
- Establish and monitor quality standards outcome measures and KPIs to enhance client-centered care and organizational impact
- Direct recruitment retention and professional development initiatives for Allied Health staff fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation accreditation standards and professional regulations while managing risk related to client safety and clinical care
- Represent Spectrum Health Care in external partnerships professional forums and system-level initiatives related to Allied Health and rehabilitation
- Collaborate with internal departments academic institutions and external stakeholders to advance community-based Allied Health services and innovation
Qualifications :
- Degree in an Allied Health field and designation as a Regulated Health Professional
- Active membership in good standing with a relevant regulatory college or association
- 57 years of leadership experience in complex healthcare environments
- Demonstrated expertise in healthcare operations program development and change management.
- In-depth knowledge of Ontarios health system funding models and regional health priorities
