Job Description
Fairmont El San Juan Hotel Assistant Director of Revenue assist with the optimization of the Revenue Strategy of the hotel by ensuring a quality reservation service to all customers and a close assistance on revenue management strategies application. The positions area of responsibilities will be divided between Reservations and Revenue Management. It will establish and reinforce a high level of cooperation between Revenue Reservations Sales & Marketing Catering and Front Office among other departments
Qualifications :
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS
EDUCATION & SKILLS
- High School graduate
- Ability to speak and write clearly in both English and Spanish
- Ability to carry out detailed involved instructions both written and oral
- Capacity to multi task prioritizing issues and resolving as deemed
- Knowledge of OPERA v5 Opera Cloud TARs highly preferred
EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in similar role is preferred
- Good understanding of financial documents daily weekly and monthly reports
- Previous experience in similar role is preferred
- Hospitality experience required
