Job Description
generates data from previous month actual sales and inventory backorders (open orders).
and leads planning team in S I & OP meeting of both Trading and Local produce products.
the sales/demand planning in S I &OP report after monthly meeting. Submit S I & OP report for approval of Procurement and Supply Chain Management Marketing Commercial Service & Target Market.
raw material and packaging stocks for locally produce items at economic optimum based on historic and expected future consumption including definition of stock levels reorder points and safety stock levels.
special management of import to stock (ITS) trading products to meet demand and minimize stock level.
material planning activities through forecast consolidation.
the purchasing cycle by generating purchase requisitions for Direct and Import to Stocks Items.
charge of daily operational planning needs by ensuring stocks and material availability for local production items. Trigger critical items list to achieve timely recovery of material shortages.
closely to Operations for any production changes and update the Demand & Planning Supervisor for internal customers update.
back-up duties for other Material Planner(s) and assist where needed with special Material Planning projects.
minimize use of alternative materials in collaboration with R&D.
accurate Supply Planning & Control parameters per ERP system i.e. SAP BYD.
Qualifications :
Education:
- Graduate of Industrial Engineering
Qualifications:
- With at least two (2) years working experience in related field.
- Experience working in a multinational company is an advantage.
