Job Description
Hours: 7am - 7pm (42 hrs per week)
Salary: 45800 per annum
Were on the hunt for a Production Shift Manager in Norwich to lead the snack squad in making sure our crisps crunch to perfection ! Youll oversee the production process and make sure everything runs smoothly so our snacks can make their way from our ovens to the aisles (and into the mouths of snack lovers everywhere!).
Qualifications :
- Excellent People Management Skills: Essential for leading our dedicated crew in an FMCG environment.
- Retailer Audits Experience: Youve been through the trenches and know how to navigate major retailer audits with finesse.
- Thorough Knowledge of Standards: From BRC to HACCP youre well-versed in industry standards and regulations.
- Problem Solver Extraordinaire: No challenge is too daunting for you you thrive on finding solutions in high-pressure situations.
