Job Description

For one of our teams working on site of a client in Vienna we are currently looking for an Analyst (all genders) in the Quality Control department. In this exciting and interesting role your responsibilities would include but are not limited to: 

  • Troubleshooting and independent execution of analytical tests
  • Preparation of reports and SOPs in English and potentially in German
  • Preparation of protocols and reports according to GMP and internal quality standards
  • Performing various analytical activities in the quality control laboratory. This includes among other things the testing of active ingredients FPU and bulk products in accordance with specified pharmacopoeia or internal regulations 
  • Control of GMP-relevant documents 
  • Performing various analyses using HPLC and GC as well as various wet chemical analyses including Karl Fischer PSD etc.

Qualifications :

For this versatile and challenging position we are looking for personalities with: 

  • Completed scientific studies or apprenticeship as a laboratory technician CTA etc. 
  • First experiences in a GMP environment
  • Very good written and spoken English German would be an advantage 
  • Independent careful and responsible way of working
  • Ability to communicate and work in a team
  • High motivation ability to work under pressure flexibility and reliability
  • High level of commitment and enthusiasm

The minimum salary according to the collective agreement (Vewendungsgruppe III) for this position is at least EUR 2633.91 (2025). Due to the responsible and demanding tasks and with appropriate qualifications an appropriate overpayment is envisaged.
