Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Member Services Representative in Mount Vernon WA. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Spanish and English enjoy helping members and possess excellent communication skills.
Our Member Services Representatives are key members of the North Coast team with responsibilities including:
- Providing exceptional customer service to members in person over the phone and through email
- Assisting members with account inquiries transactions and problem resolution
- Educating members on credit union products and services
- Processing loan applications and opening new accounts
- Maintaining accurate member records and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Participating in team meetings and training sessions
To be successful in this role youll have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- The ability to convey financial terminology in Spanish and English (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and be detail-oriented
- Basic computer skills
- Previous customer service experience (preferred)
- The ability to obtain NMLS Registration and Notary license.
This position is full-time approximately 40 hours per week. The schedule is generally Monday Friday 8:30 am 5:30 pm

Pay Range (depending on level of experience):
- Member Service Representative 1 - $20.41 - $26.53
- Member Service Representative 2 - $22.04 - $28.65
