Position Summary:
Were seeking a highly organized proactive and detail-oriented People Specialist to play a pivotal role in supporting the people operations that drive our growing organization forward. In this position you will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless and engaging employee experience across all locations particularly in key HR functions related to recruiting and onboarding.
This role is ideal for a people focused HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment excels at managing multiple priorities and takes pride in fostering a positive efficient workplace culture. Youll partner closely with leadership and employees alike helping to build and sustain an environment where teams can focus on impactful work and organizational success.
Key Responsibilities:
Support full-cycle recruitment logistics including drafting and posting job openings scheduling interviews managing candidate communications and facilitating background checks to ensure a smooth and professional hiring process.
Administer and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) by keeping candidate data accurate up-to-date and well-organized to support effective talent tracking and reporting.
Manage the onboarding process by coordinating IT and workspace setup collecting and verifying new hire documentation scheduling orientation sessions and delivering a welcoming and consistent new hire experience.
Oversee employee offboarding activities ensuring timely completion of all required documentation deactivation of systems access and facilitation of exit procedures in alignment with policy and compliance standards.
Respond to and resolve general HR support tickets across a wide range of topics including general questions documentation requests and employee inquiries ensuring timely accurate and employee-focused service.
Manage procurement of branded materials office supplies and swag to support company culture trade shows and internal milestones.
Supports additional HR initiatives and responsibilities as assigned demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the organization.
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field preferred.
3 years of progressive HR with recruiting experience.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Experience with HRIS systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
PHR SPHR SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
