This firm is seeking a Paralegal with strong civil litigation experience to become an integral part of their team. This role is ideal for aparalegalwith 25 years of litigation experience who can juggle multiple priorities and attorneys. Youll be the hub of office activitycalendaring deadlines in Abacus managing e-filings and assembling documents with precision. Your contributions will directly impact the success of the firms litigation team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare proofread and compile legal documents for filing
- Handle e-filings across California courts
- Manage calendaring with Abacus software
- Provide daily support to four attorneys at different levels
- Assist with administrative duties as needed
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $75000 $100000 (based on experience)

- 510 years of litigation support experience (civil litigation preferred)
- Proficient in Abacus calendaring and court e-filing
